The blessing of discomfort.

Arrrrggggghhhhh. Anger, worry, unease, all signs of discomfort and that something has to change. On a normal day, by the time your stomach hurts, its a real indication something is wrong. Maybe you've eaten something that didn't agree with you? Maybe you dehydrated? Or maybe you carry your stress mainly in your gut? By this point, you are feeling it viscerally. You are all the way uncomfortable.

Theres usually a few to several whispers and less subtle indications that something is way off. We are typically trained to ignore and brush over those signs and symbols. Were trained to conceal it with quickly superficial remedies that will only temporarily push it away for a short time. Usually, only for it to return and rear its head again but in this case stronger and louder and getting your attention, by force.

The blessing of discomfort.

In the whisper phase, it is still all good. But when that undeniable event occurs, it comes with a lesson of all the time you let pass without acknowledging and dealing with the problems. A time for change is a time for change! It is a shifting and transition in life where things need to evolve into the next chapter. Take heed, to the utterances that let you know its time to face the mirror. Its time to go back to school, start that enterprise, write that book, see that special someone, get pregnant, stamp that passport, learn that skill, express that love, let that situation go and the list goes on and on and on.

Let the discomfort guide you to take action and to make those specific moves custom made for you life path and destiny!
